You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty, provided that:

The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

📌 Once processing or shipping begins, the cancellation window closes — but returns may still apply.

📦 If the Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched via The Courier Guy:

You may return the item upon delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Return shipping is free, but you must comply with the 14-day return window.

⚙️ Custom & Special Orders

Orders for custom-built, configured, or special items are non-cancellable once processing or manufacturing has begun.

❗ These items may only be returned if damaged or defective upon arrival.

💳 Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is confirmed and (if applicable) the item is returned and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will not be processed before the return is verified (if applicable).
